I-95 south in Milford closed for overturned car squib
MILFORD — An overturned car slowed traffic on Interstate 95 in the city Saturday night.
Initially, Connecticut State Police closed the left lane of Interstate 95 in Milford because of an overturned motor vehicle. Dispatch reports indicated a trooper spotted the crash at 9:07 p.m on I-95 south between Exits 39A and 38.
As of 9:20 p.m., the southbound lanes were closed to all traffic as crews worked to clear the scene.
Troopers on scene said there was a second car involved that had front end damage and needed to be towed.
A debris field apparently spanned about 300 feet.
